An anti-social animal
In need of contact
Friend still a loner
For want of communication
Society of shallowness
Preventing meaning
A careful waltz
Around the depths
Attraction weighted
By connotations unwanted
Uneasy motion never-ending
If not ever closer
Than drifting apart
Into indifference
